Board leaves dispatcher and manager raises unresolved; approves training for part‑time animal control officer

Mrs. Edwards told the Board those items were not included in the draft and would raise the budget by $27,120 if added.
Supervisor C.S. "Sandy" Cunningham moved to train the part‑time animal control officer in advance of promotion; Supervisor Michael B. Watson seconded and the motion passed 5‑0. No motions were made to add the dispatcher or manager raises to the budget during the session.
