The Huntsville Planning Commission reviewed and approved a land-use permit for an accessory building at 245 S. 7700 E. Commissioners found the site plan met required setbacks and approved the permit with the specific addition that the distance from the new building to the alley may be 1–10 feet.
Chairman Jeff Larsen made the motion and Commissioners Poulter and Ahlstrom seconded and voted in favor. The Planning Commission recorded the approval and required the permit holder to meet Town residential setback and code requirements. The clerk will record the permit for the property with the stated alleyway parameter.
