Planning commission approves Schmid accessory building with alley setback allowance

Chairman Jeff Larsen made the motion and Commissioners Poulter and Ahlstrom seconded and voted in favor. The Planning Commission recorded the approval and required the permit holder to meet Town residential setback and code requirements. The clerk will record the permit for the property with the stated alleyway parameter.
