The C‑1 draft (Section 15.8.2.E) likewise bars rentals under 90 days except for approved bed‑and‑breakfasts and transient lodging units approved prior to 2025.
Commissioners discussed how the 90‑day threshold aligns with other residential provisions in the draft and asked staff to compare the revised use tables with the town’s current Table 15‑1. The proposed ban is part of a broader package that includes mixed‑use and density rules; the commission scheduled a public hearing in August for more public input before any final decision.
