At the March 26 session Acting Chair Liz Poulter suggested changing the Planning Commission start time from 6:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and proposed revisiting the 35‑foot height setback. Commissioners discussed the need to examine code definitions and enforcement approaches.
February minutes included in the March packet recorded Chairman Allen Endicott's announcement that he was stepping down and that PCM Jeff Larsen would assume the chair role previously; those minutes were approved earlier in the March meeting. TCM Sandy Hunter said staff (including Beckki and Shannon Smith) are working on Title 0 definitions and that enforcement has been a recurring concern for the commission.
