Council green-lights pavement and street-maintenance steps; sealcoat agreement approved pending route review

Separately, council authorized President Stuut to coordinate with Superintendent Anthony to add manhole adjustments on Silvergrass to the upcoming bid and to pursue the crack-fill project; those items will be represented again at the July 27, 2026 meeting. The actions position the village to advance pavement preservation while confirming administrative review of scope and final approval from village leadership.
