Bortz–Koontz lot-line revision plan tabled until corrected submission

The Salem Township Board of Supervisors tabled the Bortz–Koontz Consolidation and Lot Line Revision Plan at its May 21 meeting after solicitor-reviewed corrections were not included in the submitted plan.
Solicitor Falatovich outlined required corrections including revised statement of purpose language, corrected parcel data and ownership information for four referenced parcels, an updated Township and County certification block, submission of a non-buildable waiver for Parcels A and B signed by the SEO, and a plan revision number and date. The vote to table the item was unanimous.
The requested changes address discrepancies the solicitor identified between conveyed deeds and parcel table references; the Board indicated the plan could return for final consideration once the solicitor's listed conditions are satisfied and the county receives any required documentation.
