Trustee Ken Carda presented an estimate from Schenkel Demolition to remove stumps and level North Lidice for $3,900. Trustee Randy Hall moved and Trustee Brian Neumayer seconded acceptance of the estimate; the motion carried.
The Board also recorded building permits (Beseda Hall Inc. canopy; Gail Hovorka roof repair; Kelly Denton garage) and approved licensing for events: renewal of Beseda Hall Inc.'s malt beverage license and special-event malt-beverage approval for Kotan Hatwan (doing business as American Legion) for Czech Days June 19–20. The Tabor Bluebirds' seasonal license for May–August baseball was also filed at the Finance Office and listed for approval at the next meeting notice.
