The commission recorded that the contract would be funded through a reserve that is written into the current OHM Advisors contract; no dollar amount was specified in the minutes.
Staff and commissioners indicated the changes are intended to clarify permitted uses and update enforcement mechanisms. The draft language and any budgetary or scope details will be brought back for review at a future commission meeting.
