Tabor signs SDDENR engineering water study; lift station alarms and tank cleaning flagged

Trustee Ken Carda moved and Trustee Linda Bares seconded a motion to sign the SDDENR Engineer Water Study; the Board approved the motion and the Tabor Water Report was directed to be published. Finance Office reported outreach to Rural Water and a planned letter to SCRWDD to seek funding for the water study.
The Board also discussed operational problems: lift station alarms were not working and Dakota Supply had been contacted to investigate. The Board received a quote from Great Plains Structures to clean and repair the water tank and discussed Rural Water's advice not to cap the well at Cimpl Park because the town may need it during dry years and to maintain lagoon cell water levels.
