Tabor presenter lays out water study; board asked to pursue pressure improvements

At the May 5 meeting Camden Hofer presented a written water study to the Tabor Board and explained estimated costs for meter replacement, customer billing software, a water tank and lift-station checks. Hofer told trustees that the town's pumps and lift station appear in good condition based on the study and proposed further work to increase system pressure.
Hofer said he will contact BY Water to explore options to increase water pressure into town. The board accepted the study as informational and did not vote on funding during the meeting; trustees directed follow-up contact with the vendor for next steps.
