Girard officials report fast progress on waterline project, ask for patience amid disruption

Staff also reported a sewer lift-station issue that will require pulling a pump to clean debris; cemetery mowing has lagged but is being addressed and the golf course has reseeded fairways while addressing irrigation leaks.
