Landfill director reports improved recycling markets; commission approves $1/hr raise for employee

Following Winkel’s personnel recommendation, the commission approved a six-month evaluation wage increase for Carl Stremmel from $17 to $18 per hour. Motion by Commissioner Rick Shriver, seconded by Commissioner Thomas W. Jones III; motion passed 3-0.
