Board plans to staff an information table at Sportsman’s Club Conservation Day on May 9

Terry LaValley, who is a member of the Sportsman’s Club, invited the Historic Resources Board to have an information table at the Conservation Day event at the Elks on May 9. He said he planned to be present most of the day and suggested the HRB use brochures and a suggestion box; Rose Nyman and Lynette Foulger offered to volunteer a few hours in the morning.
The board moved to attempt participation subject to member availability; the motion passed 5–0. Members discussed bringing a tablecloth provided by LaValley and using board brochures and candy as handouts.
