Mathew Wilder of Robert Peccia & Associates was unable to attend the Jan. 28 meeting due to a conference; the board reviewed meeting notes he provided. Carl Hamming told the board that Wilder is looking into the boards IIJA-related questions and "should have an answer by the next meeting." No consultant recommendation was presented in person.
The meeting included discussion of "Minimum Standards for the Lewistown Municipal Airport" materials Wilder attached for review and a deeper conversation about hangar leases and proper use. Staff said the material will be discussed again when Wilder or his notes can be present to respond to questions and provide specific guidance.
