Clinton County board appoints two members to Zoning Board of Appeals
Summary
On March 12, 2026 the Board appointed Mark Winsor to a term expiring Dec. 31, 2026 and William Keith Jones to a term expiring Dec. 31, 2028; both appointments were moved by Commissioner Fickes, seconded by Commissioner Showers, and carried.
The Clinton County Board of Commissioners appointed two members to the Zoning Board of Appeals at the March 12 meeting. Commissioner Nicole Fickes moved, seconded by Commissioner Robert Showers, to appoint Mark Winsor to the Zoning Board for the remainder of a three-year term expiring December 31, 2026; the motion carried. The board then appointed William Keith Jones to the Zoning Board for a remainder term expiring December 31, 2028 on a motion by Commissioner Fickes and second by Commissioner Showers; that motion also carried.
Chairperson Bruce DeLong called for further nominations in both cases and none were offered; the minutes record the motions carried but do not provide roll-call tallies for these appointments.
