Salem Township supervisors name Jobe chair, reaffirm leadership and key staff

Kerry Jobe was appointed chairman of the Salem Township Board of Supervisors at the board’s annual organizational meeting on Jan. 5, 2026, with fellow supervisors Bob Zundel and Todd Paulich voting unanimously in favor. The board next named Zundel vice-chairman and Kelly Otto secretary-treasurer in separate, unanimous motions.
The reorganizational votes were procedural but set the township’s leadership for the year and preceded a series of administrative appointments and resolutions. The board also reaffirmed the Secretary-Treasurer as Open Records Officer and approved the list of depositories and several resolutions that set fees and operational arrangements for 2026. "Vote on the motion: Kerry Jobe, Bob Zundel, and Todd Paulich voted for the motion. Motion passed unanimously," the minutes state.
The supervisors set the first regular meeting for Jan. 21, 2026, and adopted a regular meeting schedule for the year. The session adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
