Applicant withdraws Athena Drive lot‑consolidation plan after resident raises spring/yard concerns

Supervisors removed a proposed final approval for the ITeam+Forward lot consolidation plan for property along Athena Drive after the applicant informed the township they were withdrawing the plan.
Resident Eric Hageder said an adjacent landowner informed the township about a spring and a spring house on the property and accused the applicant's agents of misleading the board about site conditions. Solicitor Falatovich noted the draft conditions that were proposed for final approval would have required identification of watercourses on the plan and said a withdrawal means the plan will not move forward in its current form. The board accepted the withdrawal and voted unanimously to remove the item from the agenda; the solicitor advised that without the lot consolidation being in play, separate septic permit pathways could proceed.
