Residents press Michiana council on dogs, speed bumps, paving and pickleball rules

Holly Duran and Karen Summer urged repainting or removing speed bumps and described safety concerns, including one account of a prior fall. Karen Hardy asked whether pickleball rules would be reinstated. Megan Schmollinger suggested placing extra buoys near stops 41.5 and 42 to improve swimmer/boater separation.
Council members noted the comments but did not record immediate policy changes at the meeting; some items may be handled administratively by staff or at future board meetings.
