Council approves treasurer report, $112,935.49 check register, and Michiana House Walk plans

Treasurer Tracey McCay presented the treasurer's report and reported the Pokagon Fund balance of $45,536; the council voted to approve the report. Tracey noted two CDs coming due will be rolled over with Huntington at 3.5% and Everwise at 4.9%.
Clerk Anne Heywood asked the council to approve the check register totaling $112,935.49; Tim McCarthy moved to approve and the council passed the motion. The council also amended the HR manual regarding Medicare to add 'employee and spouse.' Heywood requested approval for a Michiana House Walk on July 25, 2025, with funds directed toward Hall renovation; the council approved that event. Donations of four game tables from Jan Mathes were acknowledged and holiday hall hours were announced.
