Planning consultant Julie Bonello described a six‑phase approach and a projected 15‑month schedule that includes community inventory and analysis, community engagement, goals and future land‑use recommendations, implementation strategies and draft plan review. Council directed that considerations such as a potential modernized police station be incorporated into upcoming resident surveys.
