Michiana reports completion of new park lawn and plans irrigation follow‑ups

The water department has coordinated the irrigation installation with contractor Down to Earth and daily water testing is being performed; a new pump is ready and staff plan to install it in November when usage is lower to minimize disruption. The minutes note that hydrant flushing will continue for several weeks and that a further water meeting will be scheduled in November for more detail.
