During the Jan. 22 meeting, Commissioners approved Resolution #2026-017 to adopt the Jan. 8, 2026 meeting minutes and Resolution #2026-018 proclaiming the 50th anniversary of the City of Hermitage. The board also approved Resolution #2026-019 to issue property tax refunds: Cynthia L. Makoby (Pine Township) $158.05 for a razed mobile home, and Karen A. Shaffer (Pymatuning Township) $89.57 for a house razed by fire. Each motion was moved by Mr. McGonigle, seconded by Dr. Coleman, and passed unanimously.
