Administrator and treasurer Karen Shipton presented the Dec. 31, 2025 balances: Short Lived Asset Reserve Account $272,251.01 (including a $3,582.25 transfer), Asset Reserve Restricted Account $124,402.89 (including a $1,636.88 transfer) and General Account $105,978.38 (Dec. activity: eight deposits of $53,074.46 and 14 disbursements of $109,253.52). She said the bank statements reconciled with QuickBooks and that "all invoices and bank statement were there" for review.
The board reviewed the vendor expense summary listing $16,461.20 in December 2025 expenses (vendors included Cummins Bridgeway, Davidson, M. & Associates, Gannett Fleming with a negative adjustment shown, Tri-County Industries and utilities such as Penn Power). The total of transfers plus invoices presented for approval was $21,680.33. A motion to approve the treasurer's report and to pay the bills was made and recorded as carried unanimously.
