Present were Chair Stuart Coleman, Vice-Chair William Schwartz, members Julie Isaacs, Elizabeth Grant, and Stacy Eddy-Gordon, Town Administrator Lissa Stark, and Facilities Manager Scott Bushee; Karoline Wallace was listed as also present.
After reviewing an application for the minute-taker position the board voted at 5:32 PM to enter executive session to interview the applicant. The board conducted the interview and two staff evaluations in executive session, returned to open session, approved hiring Karoline Wallace as minute-taker at $35/hour, and adjourned at 7:38 PM by unanimous vote.
