Select Board approves warrants, employee bonuses, police merit raises and estate consent
Summary
At its Nov. 19 meeting the Winhall Select Board approved warrants dated 11/18/25, a list of employee bonuses, merit-based raises for the police department, executed a consent from the estate of Alexandria Bosna, approved an access permit for 45 Mountain View Road Ext., and recorded Vice Chair Bill Schwartz's resignation.
The Select Board reviewed Report #93319 and approved warrants dated Nov. 18, 2025 after a motion by Elizabeth Grant, seconded by Julie Isaacs; the vote was unanimous. The board also approved the FY25–26 employee bonus list as presented and authorized merit-based raises for the police department following Grant's motion.
Julie Isaacs moved and the board unanimously approved execution of the consent form from the estate of Alexandria Bosna for donations to the library, fire department and WCAC. The board approved an access permit to add a 911 number at 45 Mountain View Road Extension (mover: Bill Schwartz; second: Julie Isaacs; Grant abstained). Vice Chair Bill Schwartz announced his resignation; the board set the next meeting to begin earlier (5:00 PM) on Dec. 3 to focus on budget discussions. The meeting adjourned at 8:00 PM.
