Christie Boswell, who manages Winhall's short-term rental (STR) program, told the board she is dissatisfied with the current GovOS platform and its inability to export data and accommodate the town's tracking. Boswell said Deckert—used by several neighboring towns—offers a simpler interface and better export capability; she told the board she wanted to "sign contract with Deckert at the end of the year and get started using their system as soon as possible." The board voted to transition to Deckert.
Later the board entered executive session for personnel matters. After returning, the board approved a one-time bonus to Boswell to compensate for hours worked beyond 46 per pay period; Julie Isaacs moved and Elizabeth Grant seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. Board members also discussed the end date of the current GovOS contract in April and the logistics of transitioning records.
