During the Dec. 3 meeting Treasurer Deb Avison asked the board to approve payment of a new invoice from Goldstone Architects for special additional work that had not been previously budgeted. Elizabeth Grant moved, and Vice Chair Julie Isaacs seconded, a motion to pay Goldstone Architects Invoice #3525 and fund it from the Fire Department Building reserve; the board approved the motion unanimously.
Deb also sought authority to begin collection steps on two properties that are two years delinquent and have no payment plans. The board authorized her to contact Kevin O'Toole to organize a tax sale for the two properties. Both actions were recorded as motions and approved without recorded opposition.
The approvals resolve an immediate invoice issue and give staff direction to begin tax‑collection proceedings on long‑delinquent parcels; the board did not record property addresses or projected sale dates in the minutes.
