During public comment Randy Ameden asked about a rumor that the town had paid income taxes on employee bonuses for years. Chair Stuart Coleman confirmed the town had historically paid the income taxes on bonuses but said the practice had not occurred in the last two years. Ameden said he was concerned about the precedent.
Following the exchange, Elizabeth Grant moved the board into executive session for personnel matters at 6:56 PM; the motion passed unanimously. The board exited executive session at 7:09 PM and the minutes state "no decision has been made."
