The Winter Harbor Selectmen voted to approve routine meeting business at their Sept. 22, 2025 session.
The board approved the Selectmen meeting minutes of Sept. 8, 2025 and approved Warrants #12 and #13 dated Sept. 16, 2025 and Warrant #14 dated Sept. 18, 2025. The Treasurer’s Report dated Sept. 19, 2025 and the Tax Collector’s Report dated Sept. 19, 2025 were also approved; the minutes record each of these approvals as 3-0.
Meeting materials show a General Ledger balance of $509,415.85 as of Sept. 19, 2025, a 6-month certificate of deposit for $105,382.87, and bond investments listed at $2,977,111.23 and $2,552,750.00 (market values noted). The Tax Collector’s report lists FY25 taxes receivable at $25,258.80 (98.98% collected) and FY24 at $3,712.75 (99.82% collected).
The meeting packet also listed payroll and accounts-payable totals: Town P/R #12 $15,723.08; Town P/R #13 $1,642.20; Town A/P #14 $557,451.08, for a combined total of $574,816.36. No further action or follow-up tasks on these approvals were recorded.
