BOCC approves blanket purchase orders, cash fund estimates and resolutions

The Rogers County Board on March 9 approved six blanket purchase orders for materials, supplies, parts, groceries and prescriptions totaling $66,800.00. The board also approved the February cash fund estimate and requests for appropriations. In addition, the commissioners approved designating the County Clerk to oversee preparation of the financial statements and the Schedule of Federal Expenditures in the State Auditor's engagement letter.
The meeting closed routine fiscal business by approving Resolution 2026-157 to authorize payment of purchase orders from all departments. All listed measures passed by unanimous roll calls. County staff will execute the budget and procurement steps required to implement the approved purchase orders and designations.
