Rogers County moves ARPA funds, approves paying $170,701.46 remaining balance for Emergency Management building

Rogers County commissioners on March 9 approved an ARPA transfer and a payment to complete the Emergency Management and 911 Center building project. The board transferred $72,702.50 from ARPA Emergency Management Capital Projects into ARPA Emergency Management Building (to provide the county's cost share) and approved paying the remaining project balance of $170,701.46 from the county's Use Tax fund.
Both measures were approved on unanimous 3-0 votes. Commissioner Steve Hendrix introduced the change-of-scope/transfer item and moved to pay the building balance from Use Tax funds; Commissioner Dan DeLozier seconded the payments. County staff will record the transfer and process the payment in accordance with ARPA reporting and county procurement rules.
