The Commission also approved Asphalt Surface Treatment contracts in the Mitchell and Watertown areas (Bituminous Paving, Inc., $6,121,162.94 and $4,278,173.55 respectively) on separate motions; all actions carried by roll call vote. These awards include a mix of shared‑use path, bridge, and pavement preservation work across several counties.
