Speed sign approved on Vallerie Lane; Wyatt Trail stop sign left without action; consent items cleared

The proposed stop sign on Wyatt Trail (Precinct 2) received no action.
Separately, the court approved the consent agenda—covering minutes for May 5 and May 12, April fee office reports, the County Auditor's March financial report, authorization for the Purchasing Agent to solicit bids for FY2026 seal coat work, and summaries of road work and signs for April—on a motion by Commissioner Richard Chapman and seconded by Commissioner Chad Carpenter; vote recorded 5-0.
