The Bristow Municipal Authority on April 21 unanimously approved the minutes of its April 7 meeting and a consent agenda that included claims, payroll and a $50,000 intra-governmental transfer.
Trustee Joe Church moved to approve the April 7, 2025 minutes, and Trustee Judd Johns seconded; the roll-call vote recorded Aye votes from Church, Jeryn Fletcher, Frank Groom, Judd Johns, Brian Peters, Jeff Roberts and Randy Witty and the motion passed. Church then moved approval of the consent agenda, again seconded by Johns, and the body approved the following items: maintenance claims $18,472.81; unpaid claims $71.12; actual payroll claims $19,782.35 for the pay period ending April 11, 2025; estimated payroll claims $20,385.84 for the pay period ending April 25, 2025; and a budgeted transfer of $50,000 from the Municipal Authority General Fund to the City General Fund.
The unanimous roll-call votes were recorded by the secretary and no abstentions or opposing votes were entered. The approvals set the authority's financial obligations and the planned transfer to the City General Fund for budget accounting.
