Commissioners appoint Anthony Panzino to Library System board; two reappointments approved

Parsons, seconded by Commissioner Ray D’Agostino, the Board appointed Anthony Panzino to a three‑year term from April 16, 2026 through April 19, 2029. The vote was recorded as Commissioner D’Agostino — Yes; Commissioner Parsons — Yes; Commissioner Yoder — No.
