Staff recommended a guaranteed rental rate of $125 per evening (to reserve the facility regardless of actual use), adding a cleaning deposit and a cleaning rate of $30 per hour if staff must clean after events, and restricting setup prior to 5 p.m. to preserve staff schedules.
The council moved and seconded the authorization to prepare the agreement and set the recommended terms; the clerk recorded 'Aye' votes. Staff said they will draft the agreement and bring a finalized version back to the council in April for approval or execution.
