Commissioners Approve Claims and Payroll; Facility and EMA Updates Reported

Commissioner Laura Coons moved each approval and Commissioner Dan Borgenheimer seconded; each motion passed 3-0.
Facility Manager Meagan Westfall said she will solicit HVAC quotes for presentation at the next meeting, that first-floor ceiling work will begin with evening painting, and that the P&Z and Veterans’ offices will move back once work is complete. EMA Director Bill Smith announced a workshop scheduled for November 6, 2025. Deputy Sheriff Casey Bell reported the jail inmate count at 77.
