Chris Ehrhart presented the program budget as $107,236.18 and said Hartford City had agreed to contribute $50,000, leaving a county request of $57,236.18 for one year. Council required quarterly updates: Ehrhart will report back every three months with program updates. The approval closes the funding gap identified for the coming year; no amendments or additional conditions were recorded in the minutes.
