Board directs staff to pursue Option B for Indian Springs Ranch underpass and pathway

Teton County staff and representatives from Teton Science Schools presented a workshop on a proposed vehicle underpass and pathway at Indian Springs Ranch to provide safe nonmotorized connectivity under WY‑22 at the TSS‑ISR intersection.
Director of Public Works Heather Overholser and Rich Bloom, board treasurer for Teton Science Schools, answered Board questions and discussed options for alignment and design. Pathways Coordinator Brian Schilling participated in the discussion. After deliberation the Board directed staff to move forward with Option B.
The workshop was advisory in form and resulted in Board direction to staff rather than a formal vote; next steps are for county staff to advance design and partnership details consistent with Option B.
