Heather Overholser, Director of Public Works, and Reed Armijo of Jorgensen Associates commented; John Eddins, WYDOT District Engineer, joined via Zoom and Sheriff Matt Carr offered public-safety comments. Members of the public had raised the Downtown Wilson multimodal project during public comment earlier in the meeting (Pam Winters, Jim Rooks, Vicki Arundale and Lee Barlow). The workshop discussion in the minutes records no formal Board action or vote on the final design during the Feb. 9 meeting.
