Applicant Angela Meadows said the business would operate Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m., and would be limited in scale: "We would simply keep business hours from 9 to 5, Monday through Friday," she told the board. Board members discussed traffic and private‑road maintenance, and one supervisor proposed a cap on stored vehicles. The board approved the CUP as amended to include Monday–Friday 9 a.m.–5 p.m. hours and a condition limiting automobiles on the property to no more than 15 at any one time; roll call showed all voting aye.
Staff noted additional standard conditions in the permit: compliance with building and fire codes, VDOT driveway standards for a commercial entrance, downward-directed lighting, screening of outdoor storage from public view, and annual compliance review by the zoning administrator. The county will enforce the numerical limit and hours through permit conditions and annual inspections.
