The Bristow Municipal Authority voted unanimously on March 3, 2025, to approve its minutes from Feb. 17 and a consent agenda that included maintenance claims of $53,990.70, unpaid claims of $1,959.09, actual payroll claims of $19,544.57 for the pay period ending Feb. 28, 2025, estimated payroll claims of $20,580.65 for the pay period ending March 14, 2025, and a budgeted transfer of $50,000 from the Municipal Authority General Fund to the City General Fund.
Trustee Judd Johns moved to approve the Feb. 17 minutes; Trustee Joe Church seconded. Johns later moved the consent agenda, seconded by Church. A roll-call vote recorded Church, Fletcher, Green, Groom, Johns, Roberts and Witty as voting 'Aye' on the motions; the minutes and consent agenda passed. The motion to adjourn, moved by Johns and seconded by Heather Green, carried on the same unanimous vote.
The consent agenda consolidated routine financial approvals and the recorded vote indicates no recorded dissent. No additional discussion or amendments to the consent items were recorded in the minutes. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building and concluded after the adjournment vote.
