River Falls EDC asks council to approve amendment to support Innovation Center expansion

Leach thanked current and former council leaders for their initial support of the Innovation Center and said the amendment "will continue to help the Innovation Center and EDC support industrial development" and provide stepping stones for young businesses.
Council approved the related consent items during the meeting. Leach's remarks were included as part of the public‑comment record and staff indicated the development agreement amendment will include parameters for expansion.
