Rodeo committee to interview bidders and return recommendation at March meeting

The Fair Rodeo Committee reported receiving two RFQ submittals for rodeo stock: Diamond H Rodeo and Jackson Hole Rodeo. The committee had not completed interviews in time for the Feb. 9 meeting and plans to hold interviews before the March 9 Fair Board meeting. The committee will present its proposed motion and recommendation at that meeting.
No interviews or final recommendation were made at the Feb. 9 meeting; the board did not vote on a preferred provider. The board packet included the two proposals for committee review.
