At its April 7 meeting the Bristow City Council approved the consent agenda covering multiple claims and payroll items. Approved items included Maintenance Claims of $163,689.47; Unpaid Claims $250.54; Paid Claims $17,530.03; Airport Claims $11,275.00; Actual Payroll $94,743.67 (pay period ending March 28, 2025); Estimated Payroll $106,923.00 (pay period ending April 11, 2025); and a Blanket P.O. #16349 to OWRB for $76,765.08 covering a six‑month loan payment for the wastewater treatment plant (monthly payment $12,794.18).
Council also approved grant-related purchases tied to the Heartland Industrial Park: P.O. #20145 to Andy Armstrong ($1,000) for grant administration; Claim #20142 to Valbridge Property Advisors ($4,850) for appraisal services; and Claims #20143 ($475) and #20144 ($975) to The Childs Firm, PLLC for legal work (paid from Oklahoma Department of Commerce grant). The roll-call vote approving the consent agenda was unanimous.
