Chair Steve Dickey called the Oct. 9, 2025 meeting of the Porter Public Works Authority to order at 6:50 p.m. Roll call confirmed a quorum with members Norma Meyer, Steve Dickey, Kevin Walker and Lucas Beaty present. The minutes record that board member Bradah Littlefield passed away Monday, Oct. 6, 2025; the meeting proceeded with a quorum present.
There were no audience appearances or petitions recorded. After completing the consent agenda and the items listed on the agenda the board voted to adjourn. Steve Dickey moved to adjourn; Norma Meyer seconded. The roll call vote was unanimous and the meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m. Meeting minutes were signed by Chairman Steve Dickey and Secretary Shirley Herring.
