Resident says survey pins in place; committee says fence may be placed on property line

Wilkinson said he has placed a tiny home, a shop and a portable building on his lots and asked how far from his property line a fence is required to be placed.
A board member told Mr. Wilkinson that "a fence can be placed on the property line." Norma Meyer asked whether the lot had been surveyed; Mr. Wilkinson said it had been surveyed and that "there are survey pins in place." The committee told him he could place the fence to the survey pins. The exchange resolved the immediate question about fence placement; any required permits or inspections would follow normal Town procedures.
