"This property consists of five acres," said Jackie Todd, adding that "Humberto Diaz De Leon owns a construction company" and that "this property already has water and sewer." Committee members indicated they would like to see the plans for the duplex before making a decision. Chairman Steve Dickey moved to table the item; Norma Meyer seconded and the motion carried unanimously (4–0).
The item will return on the committee's next agenda once the applicants supply the requested plans.
