Land Use Director Rachel Martin asked the Board to initiate text amendments to Title 10 Subdivision Regulations to address issues identified through code administration, including updates to purpose statements, definitions, infrastructure and design standards, and provisions related to water usage and conservation.
The Board voted unanimously to initiate the amendments and directed staff to draft proposed changes. The draft will proceed through public hearings before the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Board of County Commissioners prior to adoption.
