The Board approved a plat amendment for properties at 3661 and 3665 Buttercup Road to reconfigure lot lines and retain required developable density for R‑2 zoning after Idaho Transportation Department’s Highway 75 expansion took land from existing lots.
Applicant representatives from Galena Benchmark Engineering described added building envelopes to bring existing structures into conformance, a categorical exclusion for an existing berm in the scenic highway overlay, and arrangements with ITD for direct access from Buttercup Road that eliminated the need for a cross‑lot access easement. After clarifying questions from the Board, the motion to approve the amendment passed unanimously.
